We offer centralized research support within the Institute ensuring state-of-the-art equipment and expertise.

They are independent of any research groups including Directors and are led by highly experienced and motivated Services & Facilities Leaders (SFLs). These services and facilities are also offered with recharging to the campus and to non-campus groups in order to maximize unused capacity and create cost efficiency for the Institute.

Advanced Imaging Facility

The AIF develops, builds and maintains advanced light microscopy setups. The facility offers access to microscopy techniques which are not commercially available, and provides support to its users during the image acquisition process and for the data post-processing.
