Each user room is a fully equipped cell culture rooms with 3 hoods, 4 incubators with O2-regulation, a basic FL-microscope, a water bath, and a centrifuge.
The hoods can be book via the CART booking system. Booking of the hood includes basic cell culture ware and some reagents.

The S2 cell culture room is a fully equipped cell culture rooms with 2 hoods, 4 incubators, a basic FL-microscope, a water bath, and a centrifuge.
This room is used for primary tissue and viral works. To work in the S2 area you’ll need additional training and information. Please contact us, we’re happy to discuss and enable your project.

The Countess™ 3 Automated Cell Counter is a benchtop cell counting system equipped with an advanced machine-learning algorithm, ruggedized optics, fully-automated focus and lighting, and image analysis software for rapid assessment of primary and immortalized cell samples.
The Countess 3 FL instrument has two optional fluorescence channels, which will detect fluorescent colors determined by the insertion of individual light cubes. Available are filters for DAPI, GFP and RFP.
The Nuaire AireGard horizontal laminar flow is used for sterile but non-hazardous work in research labs. It is designed to have full access to the sample for colony picking or other manipulations.
Our portable Evos FL imaging system is a versatile microscope for a broad range of cell/tissue imaging applications. It can be installed under the hood to perform manipulations in a sterile environment.
The Neon Transfection System offers an innovative electroporation transfection method that utilizes a proprietary biologically compatible pipette tip chamber to generate a more uniform electric field for a significant increase in transfection efficiency and cell viability.
