We are an inclusive team, comprised of mathematicians from different backgrounds. Our research is enriched by valuing diversity and outreach. We were local organisers for the month-long residential programme, Enhancing Diversity in Graduate Education (EDGE) in July 2022. We received departmental recognition for creating an inclusive environment for women and gender minorities, as well as recognition from the MPLS division for outreach activities. Heather is a co-organiser of the 2023 Women in Computational Topology Workshop at EPFL (WinCompTop3).
