The March for Science on April 22 is a global movement in support of science and its role in politics and society. In a series of rallies across Germany, participants will celebrate the "importance of science, facts and evidence-based decisions in times of 'alternative facts'" according to the organisers.
The MPI-CBG together with all partner institutions of the research alliance DRESDEN-concept support the March for Science Dresden. We believe it is time for scientists, science enthusiasts, and concerned citizens to champion science as a pillar of human freedom and prosperity. Let's celebrate science - there is no alternative to facts!
The March for Science Dresden starts at 1:30 pm at the Theaterplatz.
