The National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) in Bangalore, India, and the MPI-CBG launched a Joint Postdoctoral Program. The program will provide excellent training to scientists through a structured exchange program to encourage scientific collaborations between the two institutions.
Each year there will be a call for collaborative projects. In 2017, three project proposals have been posted:
- Maintenance of the photosensitive apical plasma membrane of photoreceptor cells
- Fundamental questions in Cell biology and Metabolism
- Physical properties of Rab organization proximal to Endosomal Membranes and their role in Rab-GTPase chemistry
The deadline for sending pre-applications is 15 February 2017.
