The Myers Lab together with colleagues from the MPI for Informatics, Saarbrücken, developed Moral Lineage Tracing (MLT), the first method for truly simultaneous segmentation and cell lineage tracing. Their paper also shows how MLT performs on biological time-lapse datasets.
This work will be presented at this year's CVPR, the leading conference in the competitive field of Computer Vision. The CVPR magazine is ‘the Nerds’ Nature' - the leading journal in the field.
