Celine Liesegang won the 2016 Azubipreis of the Max Planck Society. This award recognizes outstanding achievements of vocational trainees in the Max Planck Society.

Celine worked as trainee for animal care taker in the Biomedical Services of the MPI-CBG. She was chosen for her brilliant job and school performance. Every year, up to 20 trainees within the Max Planck Society receive this award for their educational performance, personal development, and social commitment. The prize comes with 750 Euros.
