Die Forschungsgruppenleiterinnen und Forschungsgruppenleiter bekommen einen auf fünf Jahre befristeten Vertrag, der zweimal optional um zwei Jahre verlängert werden kann. Denn wir sind überzeugt davon, dass man heutzutage als Forschungseinrichtung nur erfolgreich sein kann, wenn man einerseits immer neue Menschen mit neuen Ideen ans Institut bringt, und andererseits den Mitarbeitern ausreichend Unterstützung, gute Betreuung und hervorragende Arbeitsbedingungen bietet.
