To produce genetically modified mice by pronuclear injection, a DNA transgene (plasmid, BAC, YAC) is injected into fertilized oocytes. The DNA transgene integrates randomly in the chromosomal DNA. We provide the pronuclear injection in costume orientated pure mouse backgrounds.
