The Antibody Service provides a centralized resource and state-of-the-art technology for the production, purification and labeling of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.

Services include:

• Production of rabbit polyclonal antibodies
• Production of mouse monoclonal antibodies
• Growth and storage of hybridoma cell lines
• Purification of monoclonal antibodies from cell culture
• Affinity purification
• Labeling of antibodies

The Facility uses an electrochemiluminescence platform provided by Meso Scale Discovery (Gaithersburg, MD) to screen for antibodies.
