• Soluble fragment screen: generate a set of 36 plasmids encoding truncation mutants spanning the target gene and then screen for soluble expression of these fragments in E.coli
  • Affinity purification of any soluble “hits” or other targets fused to His6, GST and MBP tags
• Reagents provided through Stores (recombinant enzymes for molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and high-throughput screens)
